1. In order to make an order, legibly fill in and send us attached form. The orders can also be made by phone, fax or e-mail.
2. Orders can be made only by adults.
3. Payment for ordered commodities takes place in moment of receiving, cash.
4. All prices shown in the catalogue are in PLN (zlotys), are for individual customers, and indludes VAT.
5. Dispatch cost is 15 PLN.
6. The delivery takes place in 7 to 21 days from the moment of receiving the order. In case of big number or lack some of the commodities, thye will be sent in more than one pack. The dispatch cost is paid only once.
7. In case of temporary lack of the commodities or independent from us incidents, the period may be longer. If so, you will be immediately informed.

RETURN / CHANGE OF COMMODITIES
1. The orderer has right to return the commodities, which haven't been used, in 7-day time from the date of receiving, in original packege. After 7-day time period the purchase contract is valid. Please attach the return document and receipt to the packege. Return expences bear the customer. The amount of purchased commodities will be given back in 14 days by post money-order.
2. Ther is no possibility of changing commodities in the seat of Taliaforte, if it occurs unfitted. The change takes place by sending the commodity with the return document and new order to our address. The expences bear the customer. Payment for newly ordered commodities takes place in moment of receiving, cash.

OTHERS
1. According to the legislation from 29.08.1997 about protection of personal data, we inform, that the our customers' data are kept in Taliaforte's data base, seated in Wroclaw, 69c Bystrzycka St.. Data are gathered for Taliaforte needs and will be proceeded only in marketing purposes, with all data security requirements, defined in the regulations. Each customer have right to look into his/her data, to infer changes and to demand to stop proceeding with his/her data.
2. Taliaforte doesn't make data available to other companies.
